Transaction History - FatProxy

Overview

The Transaction History section provides a complete overview of your balance movements, including deposits, payments, and deductions. You can track your funding history, monitor proxy usage expenses, and check the status of each transaction.

Where to Find Your Transaction History?

You can access your transaction records from the Balance Page in the dashboard. This section is divided into two key parts:

  1. Payment History – A list of all funds added to your account.
  2. Balance History – A breakdown of both funding and spending activities.

How to Use the Transaction History Page?

1. Viewing Deposits

  • See a list of all top-ups made to your account.
  • Each deposit entry includes:
  • Date & Time of the transaction.
  • Amount Deposited in USD.
  • Payment Provider cryptomus.
  • Status (Processing, Completed, Canceled).
  • Click "Details" to view expanded information about each deposit.

2. Tracking Spending & Adjustments

  • The Balance History tab provides a full breakdown of:
  • Deposits (credited funds).
  • Proxy Charges (deductions for active proxies).
  • The status of each transaction is clearly marked.

Understanding Transaction Statuses

Status Meaning
Processing The transaction is still processing. Crypto payments may take time.
Completed The payment was successfully processed, and funds are available.
Canceled The transaction did not go through. Check details or contact support.

Important Notes

💡 Deposits via crypto may take some time to process depending on network load.
🚨 Make sure to check transaction details if you suspect an issue.
