How to Add Funds to Your Account

FatProxy operates on a prepaid balance system, meaning you need to top up your balance before creating and using proxies. Below, we outline the simple steps to fund your account.

Where to Add Funds?

You can add funds from multiple sections of your dashboard:

  • Navigation Bar – A quick-access "TOP UP" button is always available.
  • Sidebar Widget – Use the balance widget for Quick Top-Up.
  • Dashboard Page – Fund your account directly from the main screen.
  • Balance Page – A dedicated section for detailed transaction management.

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Funds

1. Enter Deposit Amount

  • Input the amount in USD.
  • The minimum deposit is $15.

2. Confirm Your Payment

  • You will be directed to a confirmation page.
  • Double-check your entered amount and confirm that you're ready to proceed.

3. Choose a Payment Method

  • FatProxy supports crypto payments only.
  • Select your preferred cryptocurrency and follow the on-screen instructions.

4. Complete the Payment

  • Ensure that you send the exact amount specified.
  • If you send less than required, the system may reject the payment.
  • If you send more than required, the extra amount may not be credited.

5. Funds Are Credited

  • Once the transaction is confirmed, your balance will be updated.
  • You will be redirected back to your dashboard.

Important Notes

🚨 Proxies will not work until your payment is successfully processed.
💰 Make sure to pay the exact amount requested to avoid issues.
⏳ Crypto payments may take some time to confirm, depending on the network load.
